Hey everyone welcome back to the hidden brick where today we’re building part four of the lego city city square this is set number six zero zero nine seven and in this part we’re going to build the little flatbed tow truck or car delivery truck whatever you want to call it so it is using bags number six and seven from the box and we’ve got those artists pull together here you will go ahead and move that camera down a bed I had moved it to the last video to get a good view at the top a little sliver of rubber there that’s some probably from one of these tires small bag of parts in the big bag goes dumped out and our wheels are already starting to roll away so I’ll go ahead and attach those to the tires so they can’t get get too far away we do have one minifigure in this bag last wheel and tire it’s just basically a city driver type minifigure nothing too special about him so here we go so this is basically going to be like any of the standard twenty dollar lego city vehicles so it does have three axles so that means there will be six wheels and tires on this vehicle since there’s two per axle and we know two times three is six so that’s how I figured out how many wheels and tires we’re gonna have I know it’s very mathema a Lego build video that you would learn now two times three is six all right we have two of the same elements that we are going to put together at the same time one two these are the big hinges for the flatbed trailer part couple tiles here so they don’t click on to the studs if I sound a little congested today it’s because I am it is fall time in Texas and all kinds of funk in the air make it you sneeze all day get the congestion in the runny nose if you can believe you can get both of them at the same time you can okay so these are some of the newer big fender pieces that have a couple extra studs attached to them the older style or they’re not too old but the previous version has these two studs or are not on there so this will just give us a few more connection points I’m pretty sure the cat does know whenever I’m recording a video because any other time he will not meow or jump on this table but as soon as you hit record he’s going to either be on the table or be making some noise guess that’s what cats do all right flying through this little instruction book pretty quickly and that tile hit the ground pretty sure they gave me an extra one so I’ll just grab it pick up the one on the ground later here’s our standard city issued coffee mug and we’re to our first sticker of this set and it’s the auto service 24/7 sticker white and green sticker some clear and orange cheese slopes clear and trans orange that is and we have sticker hk6 zero zero nine seven HK that wasn’t used on the others visit yes no present in K not in HK okay next windshield no I knocked over the coffee bug save it now we have our 24/7 service that’s the phone number 24 hour 7 days a week if you need service you can call that number rearview mirrors and our wheels and tires can go on now all right so that completes the truck portion now the next bag we have will build the flat bat and the whole bag in the big bag so we begin with the large plate that’s in the bag start attaching smaller plates to it here’s the rear license plate attaches neatly back there you can see it’s pretty clearly put a 2 by 4 plate on there to hold it all together we have few more stickers all right our warning stickers are on there all right now we have a string element it’s in a little box by itself and roll it from this cardboard spool to that off to the side you thread it through the hole just where it pokes out see it’s sticking out right there and then what you will do try to leave it sitting there by itself because you need to grab this Technic axle put a little bevel gear on the end this yellow half pushing all the way in there and slide it through when you slide it through it actually grips onto that string and pulls it in tight and then we take the other bushing and put it on the other side and that will create your full pull string up on next is the hook and this drink sometimes it’s hard to tie on to the hook if you leave enough slack to work with it’s usually easy enough to get it through the loop a couple times I’m no master not tire or anything so who knows there may be a better way to tie knot but that’s basically what I’ve got there and I could even take scissors and trim off the excess then what I’ll do is start to roll up the string on this little spool you can see it rolls up pretty neatly on there believe it leave it hanging a little bit that’s kind of how to show it the instructions will do slack hang in there so that is the flatbed portion we’ll bring the truck back over here and just push that down on there see it lifts up a little bit it doesn’t go all the way but if I put it back one stud it’s meant to be right there it really doesn’t even lean back that much it’s kind of weird oh wow so we’ll put that to the side next up is the what’s going to be the third car in this City Square set so that’s not counting this flatbed truck we just built this is the actual third sports car and we get mk6 zero zero nine seven the sticker I’m talking about if it will come off the sticker sheet excuse me those Texas allergies Blair it there’s our license plate close on the back these are what I was calling the older-style fenders where it just has the little brick portion with the plate kind of sticking out in the fender versus the one that we saw over here it had a couple more studs on each side that allow for different connection points big racing stripe down the middle and the four wheels and tires this car is a lot less as far as detail than some of the others I mean the others weren’t that detailed but at least they had a back and a roof portion this one’s more or less a top down for vertical so that completes the bag number four so we’ll show you how this works so the hook doesn’t actually hook onto anything I’m going to cut hook on to the front here but the instructions show it as the stud clipping on the hollow set in the middle and you basically pull this up on to there since the flatbed truck doesn’t go all the way down it has to kind of lift it up onto the flatbed and once it’s on there it stays on there are Bubba looking driver goes in here there you go that completes part 4 of the build of the lego city city square so if you miss in the other parts there’s links down below check those out and don’t forget to subscribe because we have part 5 6 7 8 9 and 10 to go we’re not even halfway done with this set so make sure to subscribe to you don’t miss any of the other parts thanks again for watching and we’ll see you tomorrow

What Dose It Have?

It locks in to the the other building so you can use the store.

It also comes with a car.

Does It Have Stuff To Buy?

Yes it does. It has a full set of tires.

Video Transcript â–¼

Hey everyone welcome back to the hidden brick road today we’re building part three of the lego city city square set number six zero zero nine seven so in this video we’re going to build the auto sales kind of dealership building so we’ve already done two videos if you want to check them out links down below in the description so this portion of the build uses bag number four bag number five and a couple of the loose plates then we’re in a a numbered bag so there’s the plate is bad for a lot of parts in that bag we do have two smaller bags and that big bag those them doubt and I like to keep them and piles by themselves based on the little bags that came in because they have a lot of similar parts so go ahead and put the wheels on the tires because we know that’s where they’re going to go anyway with no secret so rather than have them rolling around everywhere I’m just going to go ahead and attach them so we’re going to start with this little car frame chassis basically pre-molded have a bumper piece it’s going to get some rear taillights another curved bumper and a little tile that will get a sticker sticker mm six zero zero nine seven six zero zero nine seven that is the set number and the M is something we don’t know sometimes it’s the initials of the set designer but there’s a another license plate in part two of this series that had different initials that have the same number different initials so maybe there’s a lot of designers that worked on a set and they each got their own license plate or who knows maybe it’s nothing maybe I’m making or wanting it to be something that is really not so this is a small little car similar to the red one we built the last part similar but not the same they have their differences let’s clear around tiles to go in the front a little radiator grille curved the bumper this will get the other mm six zero zero nine seven license plate number just like that attach that right on the front starting to walk the car looks a little boxy right now but it’ll hopefully aerodynamically fill out a little bit more its windshields got front one we have a rear one and we have this big roof panel call one pretty molded piece and our four wheels and tires there we go that completes this car putting one of these plates over and begin the build of the auto dealership a lot of tiles in this set so far these big tall brick pieces which I’m a fan of I like the fact that you can put a building up pretty quickly I use these tall pieces and a lot of the other wall panels I use a lot of those in my custom Lego cities or city buildings I guess just because you can quickly throw up some walls without having to stack a bunch of bricks kind of an interesting detail leaving this gap here quite sure what that’s for yet sure it will reveal itself soon enough these really long bricks just well let’s go there all right I think I see now why those parts were left open on those walls so you can see it’s sliding doors how cool is that put some plates on top hold it all together and together pick plate you can see it’s big doors that open up and then shut the little piece fits right in that little void that was left so that’s pretty cool now on to bag number five small bag of parts in the big bag starting to build this up getting a little bit taller now alright now we need to build two of these Square column pieces one goes there one goes there have another one of these loose are not loose but big plates that came in a unnumbered bag that goes all the way on the top there should squeeze down nice and good it looks like we’re going to have the same little bracket detail the middle portion exceptions that these are turned facing up alright so next up we’re going to build two little tire bracket pieces so it’s a little display rack of wheels and tires two of them that are identical and these go inside show room see them in there they cut their own jumper plate so you can kind of rotate them around a little bit they’re just basically shoved in the corner there we have a couple flags that will go on the top of the auto sales showroom set there another one there so that is it for the second instruction book I mean third so this basically complements the one from the second one and it completes the entire showroom so we can put our cars in there slide those doors open sell some cars so that is it for this portion of the build next up will be the car flatbed truck either delivery or tow truck however you want to see it so that’s it for this one thanks for watching make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss the other parts of this lego city city square build thanks again for watching we’ll see you next time

Lego Square

Video Transcript â–¼

Hey everyone welcome back to the hidden brickwork today we’re doing part two of the lego city city square where we are going to build the service center part of the city square so this consists of bags number two and three so if you missed the first part go ahead and check it out you’ll see a link down below but we’re going to go ahead and get right into this so this bag number two smell bag in the big bag and in addition to those elements there is an unnumbered bag that has these large pipe Center we’ll take one of these 16 by 16 dark bluish grey plates that is needed for this portion of the build start with our minifigure who is the service station employee mechanic Walker so there’s the minifigure for this portion of the build so we begin with this two pre-molded car chassis turn it over add a little modified plate some axle plates we have this pre-molded front bumper piece actually it’s the rear bumper so get the red tail lights on the back tail lights equals rear that right on the back some fenders this is going to be a red colored car with blue interior maybe start to add some blue in there that’s the rear portion of it two more fenders and another one of these kind of pre-molded front bumper grille pieces and we get a sticker bumper sticker bumper sticker is HS six zero zero nine seven HS maybe the set designer initials and six zero zero nine seven is the number for the Lego set so we didn’t put a sticker on the rear bumper did we see if I missed it in the instructions up did miss it good thing I looked so we have a rear license plate as well there we go can’t forget those stickers or else I’ll start getting all the hate comments for not putting sticker on how the wheels and tires alright so that is a simple little car put that to the side time to bring it over the 16 by 16 plate and we’re going to start building the service center it’s hard to tell kind of what we’re building yet but I think it will start to reveal itself pretty soon that’s Technic elements which will create some functionality so to get this little piece that goes up and down now nothing connected to it yet we’ll get that going soon looks like we’re going to build another one you attachments there a lot of these 1×6 light bluish gray tiles in this bag all right tools down here on these clips we have a little hammer and a wrench another Technic piece or two and we have these little metal tread looking stickers that go on four of these light bluish gray tiles and they’re long and narrow so you have to be careful getting them on straight basically have to make sure you align it down up low pull it across and then drop it on so there’s one completed one and once you complete them they basically attach to these little sloped brick area so we have two more carefully apply them nailed it all right so that completes the second bag now we’re on to the third bag still working on instruction book number two so we have the next minifigure female figure presumably the customer could be the manager at the service center it could be whatever your imagination wants the minifigure to be how about that how about that there is the window looking out of the main service center area it has an interesting striped detail so it uses white kind of the sandy blue color and a regular blue color this is inside the service center we have the printed keyboard tile and printhead computer screen tile or frame and a door with a blue door Don so here’s the sand blue the white and then the blue little details right there okay next sticker is going to go on this white blueish gray tile and it’s going to be the services offered kind of sticker got oil change or gas let me at the gas can here’s the changing tires or rotating tires and then we’ve got the battery so they do gas battery tires get the brackets studs on the side bricks up there I like this technique this is what I do a lot with my buildings in my LEGO City I use those brackets and then attach the plates or bricks on those gives it a nice clean look just like that and it kind of creates that overhang looks like some sort of canopy so that’s cool next we have this big panel that we’re going to put the city logo on there so in case you forget where you are it just says City you’re in the city and we have two of the lights that will go above the sign to luminate that at night and another city sticker this one says Auto Sales so this is preparing you for the next bag which is the car showroom this is just the service center of the car dealership but the sign for the Auto Sales it’s going to be built in this bag for some reason that’s alright it doesn’t matter that goes right there on the side so that completes bag number two and video number two of the build of this enormous lego city square oh so this car basically goes on this it drives up on it and then you pull this down you can see it raises up so the service repairman can get under there and work on the car move it back down car can drive off that’s pretty cool so there you go thanks for watching we have a few extra pieces in this bags I guess with this portion of the build so make sure to stick around for the other videos where we’re going to continue to build next portion is going to be the car showroom so make sure to check that out thanks for watching and we’ll see you next time
